DELTA AIR LINES: Fly Delta App
To further to further their role as the world’s premier airline, Delta needed to create a holistic travel app that enabled easy travel planning – but also informed and inspired the customer about their travel destinations. I managed the destination content within the Fly Delta app, setting visual direction for 150 global locations: each highlighting dozens of local restaurants, shops, clubs and attractions all requiring photography. To make it more challenging, this content needed to be created within a sprint of just a few weeks. I set the direction, hired and project-managed a team of global content creators to populate the image library and build the pages, meeting the deadline and launching a ground-breaking, award-winning app.

Eddie Bauer: "Seek New Adventures"
A couple of years past the original "Why I Hike" Campaign, it was time for a summer refresh. The brand needed to let customers know that after two successful summers messaging the hike theme, there was also gear and apparel for a host of other outdoor adventures. The creative focused on poster-style images of customers in EB gear doing more than hiking, paired with a customized word-cloud graphic that captured the essence of their day in terms like air temperature, feet climbed, snacks eaten, miles ridden, vibes and personal moments. Customer research indicated four primary activities that would resonate, but we created a fifth poster as a generic outdoor activity theme, adaptable to any product that needed to sell against the theme.
